We hope you love your Sun Jellies purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.
Returns Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

Be unused and in brand-new condition

Include all original packaging where possible

Be accompanied by a completed Returns Form
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
UK Exchanges
For UK customers, we will cover the cost of sending replacement items for your first exchange (excluding sale items).
Any subsequent exchanges may incur additional delivery charges.
International Returns
If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark your parcel:
"RETURNED GOODS"
and include:
"RETURNED BRITISH GOODS"
on any customs declarations.
This helps avoid unnecessary import duties and customs charges.
If customs charges are incurred on a returned parcel, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe an item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
