Once the order has been successfully placed an order confirmation is automatically emailed to your email address. We will send another email with tracking once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive either of these emails please first check your junk/spam folder and then email hello@sunjellies.com

Sun Jellies has an online store only. You can browse the complete range of Sun Jellies bags online, plus a range of other nostalgic accessories. We ship worldwide.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving the order. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number to let you know when your order has been shipped.

Sizes vary between manufacturers so please read our size guide for instructions on how to choose the right size for you.

If we haven’t yet shipped the order then it may be possible to change it. Please email hello@sunjellies.com with your order number and details of the changes you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the change has been possible.

The colour of your goods may vary slightly from the images on our website due to differences in screen settings, internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc. Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the colours are displayed accurately these images are for illustrative purposes only and should be used as a guide.

The shipping timeframes on our website are estimates provided by the carriers we work with and are not guarantees. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible but occasionally delays may occur that are outside our control, such as customs clearance hold ups or a back log of post (especially at Christmas time). Sun Jellies bags are made from 100% recyclable LDPE. Méduse shoes are made from 100% recyclable PVC. Hammamas Towels are made from 100% cotton. For other items listed on our website please check the product details section on that page.

Sun Jellies bags are made in Thailand. Méduse jelly shoes are made in Morocco and France. Hammamas Towels are made in Turkey. Beaded coin purses are made in China.

Yes. Sun Jellies bags are made of LDPE which is number 4 in the recycling triangle. Meduse jelly shoes are made of PVC which is number 3 in the recycling triangle. Please contact your local authority regarding kerbside recycling collections or your nearest recycling depots. The towels are made from 100% cotton and can be recycled. The beaded coin purses are currently not recyclable.
