General Terms
All details you provide to us to order or purchase goods must be true, accurate, current and complete. The credit or debit card you use must be your own, and there must be sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You agree that email can be used as a means of communication.
Your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product availability is shown on each individual product description, but if we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card. We will confirm your order with an automated email to the email address supplied with your order details. You must check all the details on this confirmation email and contact prior to dispatching your order if any details are incorrect.
Shipping Services & Costs
We use Tracked services for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated on package weight and destination. We may split your order into multiple packages if it exceeds 2kg.
UK Tracked (1-2 working days) £4.50 GBP – FREE when you spend over £35
Europe Tracked (7-10 working days)starts from £10.00 GBP
USA Tracked (10-20 working days) starts from £12.50 GBP
Rest of World Tracked (10-20 working days) starts from £10.00
“Working days” are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, not including weekends.
Above delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times can fluctuate daily and vary greatly between countries. Extenuating circumstances can also greatly affect delivery times e.g. Covid illness, national holidays and religious fesivals such as Christmas. Additional time is allowed for delivery networks to work through any backlogs that have built up during this time.

Import Duties & Taxes
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may have to pay import taxes which are your responsibility and you should contact your national customs office for more details.

Delivery time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Whilst we try our hardest to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible, delays can sometimes occur which are outside our control. Delivery times can fluctuate daily and vary greatly between countries. Extenuating circumstances can also greatly affect delivery times e.g. global pandemic, holidays such as Christmas. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery in the UK, 20 business days for delivery within the EU and 25 business days for delivery to the Rest of the World.
Covid – 19 notice: Unfortunately, delays may occur in our warehouse and throughout the delivery network due to Covid – 19 related work place restrictions, reductions in services and staff absences.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (exchange only on sale items). The Returns Form enclosed with your order should be completed and put inside your package with the item to be returned. Returned goods must be in brand new condition. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
UK Returns
If you live in the UK we will send the exchanged items back to you for FREE (first exchange only, excluding sale items).
International Returns
You must cover the cost of returning the items. If returning items from outside the UK please clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS. Also include the words RETURNED BRITISH GOODS on the customs declaration to prevent any import charges being incurred. Returned items that incur an import charge may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. If we have to pay any import charges then we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.

We aim to process your request within 14 working days of receiving your return.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations which allow you to return items within 14 days.
If there appears to be a problem with an item you have received, please contact us hello@sunjellies.com within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, name and details of the problem so we can review the matter. A photo is necessary to confirm any faulty items.
Security
All payments are handled through a third party system called PayPal which is fully encrypted. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with http://www.sunjellies.com as PayPal will securely process payments from all the major credit and debit cards.
Liability
You agree that if you break these terms and conditions, or if any liability arises from the way you use this website, you will be responsible for the cost of any damage that we suffer as a result. This may include our reasonable legal fees. We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions on http://www.sunjellies.com and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you order an item and the price published on this site is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and that your order has been cancelled. We will tell you the correct price and you may re-order it if you wish. We have taken every measure to provide accurate images for all products on our site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, the colours on your screen should be used as a guide only and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
