Return Policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase (exchange only during a sale/promotion/offer). The cost of returning the items is your responsibility. If you live in the UK we will send the exchanged goods back to you for free (first exchange only, excluding sale items).

Please send a short email to hello@sunjellies.com within 14 days and let us know what you are returning including your order name. When returning put a copy of the email in with your package so we know who they are from and what you would like to do.

Returned goods should be in brand new condition in their original packaging. Unfortunately items that show signs of wear cannot be resold so please take care to try shoes on a surface that won’t damage the sole. Items that have obviously been worn or damaged are not eligible for exchange or refund.

If returning goods from outside the UK please ensure you clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS. Please also include the words RETURNED BRITISH GOODS on the customs declaration. If you choose to use a different carrier then please make sure that the phrase RETURNED BRITISH GOODS is included on the Airway Bill and the package to prevent any import charges being incurred.

Returned goods that incur an import charge due to the above instructions not being followed may not be accepted and returned to the sender. If we have to pay any import charges then we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations which allow you to return items within 7 days.
